Barcelona Municipal Immigration Award (CMIB)

One of the objectives of the Council's work plan is to publicly recognize through a prize the work carried out in the city in the field of immigration.

This award is, therefore, the commitment acquired by the Barcelona City Council with the Municipal Immigration Council, and aims to value mainly the work or work done to achieve the full real citizenship of immigrants, as well as the social cohesion.

In the 2018 call, it is established that projects or works that have been highlighted or of special interest in the field of the subject agreed by the CMIB for 2018 will be rewarded:
