Assembly, disassembly and timetable
terms and conditions
  • 48 hours before the event, a list will be sent to the Museum security department with the names, surnames and ID No. of all staff involved in the assembly, as well as the drivers and vehicle registrations so as to issue accreditations that will be handed over by Museum security staff upon entry.
  • The goods entry timetable is from 7 to 9 am and from 4 pm via Plaça Jaume Sabartés.
  • Catering will be provided by the concessionary company running the Museum Cafeteria-Restaurant.
  • The corresponding space will be cordoned off for assembly without affecting normal Museum operation.
  • The event start time will be from 8.15 pm and will finish at midnight.
  • Disassembly and removal of all material used by the suppliers will start at the close of the event and run to 1.30 am maximum.
  • A specific operation for the event will be carried out by the Museum security team.
