Hospitality for runners

The organization will set up a Runner’s Hospitality Tent for all participants, to be found in the Poliesportiu Municipal Estació Nord (Nàpols, 42-44).

Race Bag:

Those registered can pick up their race bag (with the number and, given the case, the single-use chip), at the following days and times:

• Friday, 12th of February from 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday the 13th of February from 10 AM to 8 PM.
• To pick up the number and timing chip it is necessary to present your registration receipt (whether you have registered in person or by internet) together with your DNI or Identity Card or equivalent (or a photocopy in the case of picking up the bag for another participant). The bag cannot be picked up on the same day as the race.

Additional day for those residing outside of Barcelona (with the exception of athletes from l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà del Llobregat, El Prat de Llobregat, Sant Boi del Llobregat, Viladecans, Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià del Besòs):

• you can pick up the race number on the same day of the race from 7 to 8 AM. at the Poliesportiu de l’Estació del Nord, as long as you have previously notified the organization by writing an email to aac@ubae.cat, from the 27th of January to the 8th of February.
• After 8 AM on February 14th no race numbers will be issued.

Changing Rooms:

Available at the Poliesportiu Municipal Estació del Nord.(C/Nàpols, 42-44), race day from 7 AM to 12 noon.

Stride analysis

Every participant who so wishes can have his or her stride analyzed. This analysis will give runners detailed information about their running style.

The test will be done at the ASICS stand at the runner's fair. However, those wishing to submit themselves to the test must reserve in advance through the ASICS website: www.asics.es
